Gawdd, it must be all those Hugh Grant movies getting to me.

So it's the first day of summer, which I so gallantly spent sleeping in. :]
It felt wonderful, I feel WONDERFUL!
Invincible, except for well one thing.
I had this...shall I say vision? pop into my head, yesterday.
It was of a batty British lady sitting at her desk, eating truffles, saying
to a young girl, "After all dear, you're just a bit of thread in the wind. That's it."
AND I've been dying to write about it, but not just yet.
I've got to stir it around in my head for a bit longer.
Ahh, the curse of being a writer!

I love him, especially since I just watched "Did You Hear About The Morgans?"

Elephant Gun

Three days of school left. JUST THREE.
It seem like light years away though, jeez.
I wish I was in Florida, reading Franny&Zooey, on a beach.

Here are some pictchas from my last trip to Florida. :D

                                          Gorgeoussss

Hope you love the ones from Harry Potter world...such a wonderful place.
I met a kid there, who looked just like young Potter. I WISH I would have met
a boy that favors Fred Weasley...

Defining Hipster.

I'm sure the people of the world are wondering...What on EARTH is a Hipster?
Well I'll give you my definition, and then maybe another for comparison.

Badria's definition of a Hipster- A person who shows great interests in the art department, whether it be performing arts, visual arts, literature, fashion industry, film/cinema, music, photography, culinary arts, and etc. The person is aware of all the underground Indie bands, and dresses like it is no one's business. Hipsters often claim that they are just being themselves, not hipsters, and are all about being "unique"

Urban Dictionary's defintion of a Hipster-
Hipsters are a subculture of men and women typically in their 20's and 30's that value independent thinking, counter-culture, progressive politics, an appreciation of art and indie-rock, creativity, intelligence, and witty banter. The greatest concentrations of hipsters can be found living in the Williamsburg, Wicker Park, and Mission District neighborhoods of major cosmopolitan centers such as New York, Chicago, and San Francisco respectively. Although "hipsterism" is really a state of mind,it is also often intertwined with distinct fashion sensibilities. Hipsters reject the culturally-ignorant attitudes of mainstream consumers, and are often be seen wearing vintage and thrift store inspired fashions, tight-fitting jeans, old-school sneakers, and sometimes thick rimmed glasses. Both hipster men and women sport similar androgynous hair styles that include combinations of messy shag cuts and asymmetric side-swept bangs. Such styles are often associated with the work of creative stylists at urban salons, and are usually too "edgy" for the culturally-sheltered mainstream consumer. The "effortless cool" urban bohemian look of a hipster is exemplified in Urban Outfitters and American Apparel ads which cater towards the hipster demographic. Despite misconceptions based on their aesthetic tastes, hipsters tend to be well educated and often have liberal arts degrees, or degrees in maths and sciences, which also require certain creative analytical thinking abilities. Consequently many hipsters tend to have jobs in the music, art, and fashion industries.
...
Now ask yourself, are you a hipster? :]
